A csaknem négyzet alakú, az alsó talpán csücskös pajzsmező alsó közepét kitöltő szív rajzából két viráglevél és három négyszirmú virág ágazik ki. A címerpajzs felső részét az oldalaira is lenyúló sisaktartó stilizált virágleveleinek díszei takarják. A címerpajzs felső közepén vállrészes sisakos koronadísz van. A korona középső ágán könyökével nyugvó páncélozott kar a tenyerében markolt kardot vágásra emeli. Előtte balra a hold sarlós képe, melynek belső ívén emberarc vonalai, a kar mögött jobbra pedig három hatágú csillag rajza látható.
A címerkép színeinek – a bíborszín a vitézség erényét jelzi – és az égi jegyeknek is jelképes értelmük van. A címerpajzs nagy mezője ezüst, az alsó csücskéből kiinduló nagyobb szív bíborpiros. Ez utóbbiból a jobbra és balra kiágazó két levél zöld. Az ugyaninnen kiágazó, három kinyílt szirom viráglevelei bíborpirosak, a középen lévő virágporzók pedig aranyszínűek és fekete pontozásúak. A címerpajzs felett levő páncélozott nyakrészt aranylánc díszíti éremmel. A címertartó egymásba fonódó levelei arany, piros és ezüstös színezésűek. A címerkorona feletti páncélozott kar arany, ezüstös csíkozású. A vágásra emelt kard markolati része arany, a kard pengéje ezüst. A karddal szemben levő sarlós hold ezüst, a korona jobb oldalán a három hatágú csillag aranyszínezésű, amelyek mezőiben fekete pontok láthatók.
Sümeg címere azonos a kihalt Hany család címerével.

Likewise, the Office will not register a government edict issued by any foreign government or any translation prepared by a government employee acting within the course of his or her official duties."
