How I can ask the article "Hipopigmentação pós-Inflamatória" to be deleted?

Sorry guys, I don´t have much experience as a volunteer translator on Wikipedia... although being a good writer and translator, sometimes I find myself struggling to find the correct information in order to accomplish with the Wikipedia guidelines.

I mistakenly created an article in Portuguese with the intention to be the translated version of an article in English. However (I don´t know exactly how I didn´t notice that), the original article in English already had a Portuguese version, which was also done by me by the way! Thus, I created a duplicated article in Portuguese.

For better clarification, I demonstrate below the mentioned pages:

Original in English: Postinflammatory hypopigmentation - Wikipedia

CORRECT translated version: Hipopigmentação Pós-Inflamatória – Wikipédia, a enciclopédia livre (wikipedia.org)

DUPLICATED version in Portuguese: Hipopigmentação pós-Inflamatória – Wikipédia, a enciclopédia livre (wikipedia.org)

So, I would like to ask someone to explain me how I can ask the duplicated article to be deleted? I have searched for this information but found different explanations of templates associated to deleting a page (found 4 or 5 templates) but no step-by-step of what to do with them: should I just copy one of them and post on the bottom of the article so that will be automatically sent to a deleting list?

I apologize in advance for my stupid question. I´m just trying to do my best here by correcting my mistakes and learning from them.
