Hello, thanks for translating the article! Would be great, if you could add a category like e.g. 'Military history of Germany' as the KGL is also a unit of in a majority Hanoverians and therefore Germans, allthough the state did not exist at that time. Perhaps you could also add the memorials and the battle honours? And I am afraid, I do not understand this number :Desde a sua formação, em 1803, a King's German Legion sofreu numerosas baixas nas campanhas em que participou. Ao todo perderam 5.848 vidas.[8] Anne-theater (discussão) 23h51min de 19 de setembro de 2010 (UTC)Responder

Hello
1. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll take them into consideration and as soon as I have more availability, I will add the memorials and the "Battle honors". In the latter case I have yet to find the correct expression in Portuguese, but I'll not forget.
2. Of the approximately 28,000 men embedded in KGL, 5848 died in the campaign. This is the meaning of this number.
3. I apologize for my English. I can always throw the blame to Google translator.

Hello,

thanks for the explanation! I do not have any trouble with your English! Mine is not better !But great, that you take so much trouble for the KGL! Best wishes Anne-theater (discussão) 23h58min de 20 de setembro de 2010 (UTC)Responder

Hello, I just discovered (after reading Beamish History of the KGL Vol 2 page 519 ff), that there were 4 foot batteries. That is also in Chapell at the end of book 2. Could you please change that? Best wishes Anne-theater (discussão) 00h06min de 11 de fevereiro de 2011 (UTC)Responder

Hello, I'm in the middle of a very important job but I have taken note and will soon make the corrections. Still have not forgotten to add some data about the memorials and the battle honors, as suggested some time ago (September 2010). Thanks for the suggestions. mfvgm (discussão) 00h24min de 11 de fevereiro de 2011 (UTC)Responder
