Hello, sorry for writing in english, but i am a german reader and found an error.

In Germany (Alemanha) the mentioned 25 years if "gravidade excepcional de culpa"("besondere Schwere der Schuld") are not correct. "Gravidade excepcional de culpa" just means , asking for conditional release is impossible. The arrested person has then the possibilty to ask the court later again.

The average period of "life in prison" is about 20 years. With "gravidade excepcional de culpa"("besondere Schwere der Schuld") it is something about 25 years. There are no official statistics about this issues for all states of germany available. I found a case where a prisoner was released after 37 years.
