Jean Ritchie (Viper, Kentucky, 8 de dezembro de 1922 – Berea, Kentucky, 1 de junho de 2015) foi uma cantora-compositora norte-americana de folk, e tocadora de saltério dos Apalaches.
Problemas de saúde e morte
[editar | editar código-fonte]No início de dezembro de 2009, Ritchie foi hospitalizada depois de sofrer um acidente vascular cerebral que prejudicou sua capacidade de se comunicar.[1]
Ela viveu em Berea, Kentucky até sua morte em junho de 2015. Ela morreu em casa.[2][3]
